About the role
As an AI/ML Trainer you'll own our AI and data learning tracks end to end — teaching live batches, shaping the curriculum, and guiding learners through real projects until they're ready for interviews.
What you'll do
- •Teach Python, machine learning, deep learning and applied AI to beginners and working professionals.
- •Design and update course curriculum, hands-on labs and capstone projects.
- •Run live batches online and at our Chennai, Coimbatore and Puducherry centres.
- •Review learner projects and give clear, explained feedback.
- •Mentor learners through doubt-clearing sessions and interview preparation.
What we're looking for
- •2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science or applied AI.
- •Strong Python, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn; exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- •Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and modern AI tooling.
- •Clear communication in English and Tamil (preferred) and a genuine interest in teaching.
- •Prior training, mentoring or content-creation experience is a strong plus.
Good to have
- •Experience deploying models to production.
- •Published projects, blogs, GitHub portfolio or YouTube teaching content.
- •Industry certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms.
