Refund & Cancellation Policy
Courses
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course. After that, course purchases are non-refundable.
Subscription plans
Plans renew monthly. Cancel any time before the next renewal date and you will not be charged again; the current month stays active until it ends. Part-months are not refunded.
1:1 mentor sessions
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refunded.
In-person sessions
If we cancel a Chennai, Coimbatore or Puducherry session, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule of your choice.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days.
