1. Using Snailtechs
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
2. Courses and access
Paid courses give the purchasing account access to that course's lessons, practice material and projects. Course content may be updated or improved over time.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access is granted only after a payment is verified.
4. Mentor sessions
1:1 sessions run online or in person at our Chennai, Coimbatore and Puducherry centres, subject to mentor availability. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
5. AI feedback
Our AI coach and AI project reviews are learning aids. Scores and suggestions are indicative, always come with an explanation, and do not replace mentor or employer judgement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or redistribute course material, and do not misuse the platform or submit work that is not your own.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
